A HEMP-BASED NON-ALCOHOLIC SPIRIT WITH PIONEERING COMPLEXITY AND CHARACTER
The Pathfinder is fermented from hemp, carefully refined by copper pot distillation, and then, blended with an alchemy of wormwood, angelic root, ginger, sage, juniper, saffron, orange peel, wild-crafted Douglas-fir and natural terpenes to add complexity and character. Like the hemp plant itself, The Pathfinder has no pyschoactive effects, yet contains enough vitamin E, antioxidants, and other nutrients, to go favorably hand-in-hand with a balanced diet. And since there's no alcohol, it won't give you a hangover, either.
The Pathfinder tastes like an amaro--bittersweet flavors rounded out by citrus and spice--and can be used as a flavorful substitute for amaro, whiskey, or vermouth.

Easy Local Pickup is available 7 days a week. During normal business hours, local pickup orders are ready within one hour. Pull up in our loading zone on SE Salmon Street and we'll bring your order out to you.
The Pathfinder Joe Recipe
Enjoy The Pathfinder as you would any spirit: it can be taken as a shot, sipped neat, served on the rocks, or mixed into creative cocktails. Our favorite take is The Pathfinder Joe—a coffee-style cocktail with a soothing effect. Chill your favorite glass. Rim the glass with honey and coffee grinds for a garnish. Pour The Pathfinder & 1 cup of coffee or espresso over ice (or, for cold weather drinking, serve warm in a mug!) Add cream & sugar to taste.
