Our small-batch Nocino Liqueur is back for its annual release — and we’re celebrating in true New Deal fashion. Crafted from green English walnuts harvested at summer’s peak, then steeped in spirits with a blend of aromatic spices, this Italian digestif is rich, warming, and made for the cooler months ahead.

Spirit Flights

Interested in trying our craft spirits? No need for a reservation! We offer a casual atmosphere and tasting flights daily. Choose from our lineup of small-batch spirits, seasonal releases, single-barrel whiskeys, and experimental offerings. Our Bottle Shop staff will be happy to chat about distillation processes, ingredients, sources, and all sorts of fun facts. Depending on what we’re working on, you might even catch a peek behind the scenes.

Mini Cocktails

Sip and shop! Our bottle shop at the distillery, is a cocktail-lovers paradise; stocked with local syrups, bitters, mixers, and all of the tools you need to make drinks at home like a pro.

On weekends we offer a rotating selection of mini cocktails featuring our craft spirits and house-made cocktail syrups. These tiny tipples are a fun way to try a new drink, explore cocktail recipe ideas, or both! Plus, we stock all the spirits, mixers, bitters, and garnishes at our Bottle Shop. We’ll have everything you need to make one at home or gift the ingredients to a friend. 

Tiny Cocktail Class

A tiny class with a big payoff! 🍸 Drop in on Thursday afternoons between 3-5 PM to catch quick & tasty cocktail demos hosted by the New Deal Crew. Pull up, sip up, and level up your cocktail game! Stay for a spirits tasting flight and shop local wine and beer 🍻
