Crafted with sun-ripened Oregon-grown raspberries, blackberries, and the legendary marionberry — and lightly sweetened with local Blackberry Honey — it captures the true, complex soul of the Pacific Northwest.

Made with Real Oregon Ingredients

Most berry-flavored bourbons on store shelves are made with lab-produced flavors, corn syrup, and artificial colorings. Oregon Brambleberry Bourbon is not.

We use real fruit purees from Oregon Fruit Company — a Salem, Oregon institution founded in 1935 in the heart of the Willamette Valley, family-owned since its founding, and trusted by craft food and beverage makers across the country. Many of their growers have worked with them for generations — and the difference shows in every bottle.

For sweetness, we turned to Hummingbird Wholesale in Eugene, Oregon — an employee-owned organic food producer and distributor that goes out of their way to work with regional farmers dedicated to organic practices. Their Oregon Blackberry Honey adds a soft, floral sweetness that complements the berry character without masking it.

What's a Brambleberry?

"Brambleberry" is a beautifully old-fashioned word for caneberries — the family of thorned, vine-grown fruits that includes raspberries, blackberries, and Oregon's own marionberry. It's the kind of word you'd find hand-lettered on a fruit crate in the Willamette Valley a century ago, which is exactly the spirit we were going for with this bourbon.

Oregon is one of the top berry-producing states in the country, home to the Oregon Blackberry & Raspberry Commission and fields that have been supplying the nation with world-class caneberries for generations. Oregon Brambleberry Bourbon is a small-batch tribute to all of it.
