New Deal Distillery is honored to partner with Pereday Orchard in the Historic Columbia River Gorge to create an exceptional Oregon pear brandy. Made with 100% estate-grown Hood River Bartlett pears, the entire pear brandy production process takes place in our craft distillery in Portland's Central Eastside. This alluring and memorable un-aged brandy is excellent on its own or when mixed in your favorite brandy cocktails. Try it in a hot toddy with our Ginger Liqueur. Excellent in cocktails like the Cascadia 77 and Bill Collins that include bubbles, as they help open the delightful aromatics of a Bartlett pear.

Easy Local Pickup is available 7 days a week. During normal business hours, local pickup orders are ready within one hour. Pull up in our loading zone on SE Salmon Street and we'll bring your order out to you.

At the American Distilling Institute's (ADI) 2018 International Spirits Awards, Pear Brandy was designated Best in Class (Brandy), Best in Category (Eau de Vie) & Double Gold Medal for Pear Brandy (Certified Craft Spirit). In 2019, it was awarded a Gold Medal in Sip Magazine's Best of the Northwest Competition as well as the Best in Class & Double Gold Medal (96 points) at the Sunset Magazine International Spirits Competition.

Fall Collins Recipe

This combination of fall flavors makes it the perfect drink for an autumn afternoon. Add Pear Brandy, dram, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a tall glass. Top with soda water, then fill with ice. Give a good stir and garnish with an orange peel.
