Made from Oregon-grown soft winter wheat, this 3 year accessible sipping whiskey starts with brown sugar and caramel on the nose, followed by a bit of char, straw, and dried fig on the palate. Light bodied with a long toasted grain and butterscotch finish, this whiskey is excellent served neat, on ice, or mixed in a number of classic whiskey cocktails.
