Brambleberry Manhattan Cocktail Kit

Berry-bright and bourbon-bold: the classic Manhattan, reimagined with Oregon's best harvest

Your holiday bar just got a whole lot more interesting. The Manhattan is a cocktail built on confidence: whiskey, vermouth, bitters, and a cherry, stirred cold and served without fuss. This kit keeps that timeless structure and adds a distinctly Pacific Northwest twist. Our Oregon Brambleberry Bourbon is crafted with Oregon-grown raspberries, blackberries, and marionberries and blended with local Blackberry Honey. It meets a bright, elegant French vermouth, a few dashes of aromatic bitters, and a jar of rich Amarena cherries. Everything you need is here, right down to the glass. Whether you're toasting the season, hosting a winter get-together, or settling in by the fire, this lineup makes it easy to pour something special.

Gifting & Gathering

• Perfect for holiday parties, cozy nights in, winter dinner parties, New Year's Eve toasts, or a well-earned nightcap.
• Great gift for whiskey lovers, Manhattan devotees, berry fans, home bartenders, and anyone who appreciates a classic with a local twist.
• Ideal for the friend who has everything, a host gift that actually gets opened, or a "treat yourself" moment you've been putting off.

Pro Tips & Tricks

• For the classic build, stir 2 oz Oregon Brambleberry Bourbon, 1 oz Dolin Rouge, and 2 dashes Angostura with ice until well chilled, then strain into your New Deal Whiskey Glass over a large cube.
• Like it drier? Pull the vermouth back to ¾ oz and let the berry and bourbon take the lead.
• Add a barspoon of the Amarena cherry syrup for a deeper, jammier finish.
• For a crowd, batch the bourbon, vermouth, and bitters ahead of time in a bottle or pitcher, keep it in the fridge, and stir over ice to order. Your guests get a bar-quality drink, and you get to stay at the party.
