Every bottle of New Deal craft spirits are made on-site using our custom copper Christian Carl still. From vodka and gin to rum, whiskey, liqueurs, and more—we distill using time-honored methods, high-quality ingredients, and a healthy dose of experimentation. Many of our ingredients are local: think Hood River pears, Willamette Valley wine, Eastern Oregon wheat, and locally-roasted coffee.
