Support Oregon Zoo Foundation

The Oregon Zoo Foundation is on a mission to support animal well-being, mitigate species recovery, and provide conservation education programming. Right now, local wildlife is on the brink of extinction. But don't despair! We are partnering with OZF to raise funds through Willamette Week's Give!Guide. This year, there are two ways you can help fund OZF's efforts:

  • On Big Drinks Day (Wednesday, 11/19), we are donating 10% of Bottle Shop sales to OZF
  • Can't make it in to shop for a cause? Donors 21+ who donate to OZF through the Give!Guide portal on Big Drinks Day, 11/19, will receive a voucher redeemable in the Bottle Shop for 10% off non-spirit items + one free craft spirits taste.

Donations to OZF help tiny turtles reach new ponds, bring endangered condors back to Oregon skies and keep native species thriving. Give today and help preserve local wildlife and the wild places we all love.

Spirit Flights

Interested in trying our craft spirits? No need for a reservation! We offer a casual atmosphere and tasting flights daily. Choose from our lineup of small-batch spirits, seasonal releases, single-barrel whiskeys, and experimental offerings. Our Bottle Shop staff will be happy to chat about distillation processes, ingredients, sources, and all sorts of fun facts. Depending on what we’re working on, you might even catch a peek behind the scenes.

Mini Cocktails

Sip and shop! Our bottle shop at the distillery, is a cocktail-lovers paradise; stocked with local syrups, bitters, mixers, and all of the tools you need to make drinks at home like a pro.

On weekends we offer a rotating selection of mini cocktails featuring our craft spirits and house-made cocktail syrups. These tiny tipples are a fun way to try a new drink, explore cocktail recipe ideas, or both! Plus, we stock all the spirits, mixers, bitters, and garnishes at our Bottle Shop. We’ll have everything you need to make one at home or gift the ingredients to a friend. 

Tiny Cocktail Class

A tiny class with a big payoff! 🍸 Drop in on Thursday afternoons between 3-5 PM to catch quick & tasty cocktail demos hosted by the New Deal Crew. Pull up, sip up, and level up your cocktail game! Stay for a spirits tasting flight and shop local wine and beer 🍻

We’d love to host your small (or large) group for a happy hour! Offered Thursday-Sunday, this is a fun way to explore craft spirits and enjoy mini cocktails in our unique distillery space.
