The aroma and flavor of this lovely pinot gris is very reminiscent of minerals and fresh glacial water running over a stoney riverbed. There is a lively freshness, zippy acidity, and a medium body that feels lush, yet refreshing. We think you'll enjoy this on the minerally side on day one. But if you have any left for the next day, then you'll get to have a second experience where it shows more fruit notes like juicy pink lady apples, anjou pear, and lemon.
Aged for 5 months in neutral oak and stainless steel.
