
This delicious Red Belgian style sour ale combines locally grown Hood River Bing Cherries with the tart & funky fermentation of wild yeast. Two of Double Mountain's house yeast strains share the field with Brettanomyces Lambicus and Van and Bing cherries from the Double Mountain Orchards in this Belgian style sour. Resting on the fruit for over a year, time gives way to marionberry, tannic ripe blackberry, and sweet spring strawberry leading through a tart, dry red wine finish. Bottle-conditioned since 2018, this ale's flavors have developed with age.
