Bootstrap Whiskey, our latest Distiller's Workshop release, is an experimental blend of four different grains. It begins with cherry, vanilla, and butterscotch on the nose with notes of faint camp smoke, chocolate, and earth. It's highly drinkable with a cocoa and clove finish.
